Terms and Conditions for Quote Requests and Consultations

By submitting a quote or consultation request through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Requests
- All quote and consultation requests are treated as expressions of interest and do not constitute a binding contract.
- Chibase Consulting reserves the right to accept, decline, or follow up on any request at its sole discretion.
2. Accuracy of Information
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting a request.
- Failure to provide valid contact and project details may delay or void our response.
3. Confidentiality
- All shared information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy in conjunction with the POPI Act
- Confidential or proprietary project details will be treated with due discretion.
4. Response Times
- Our team strives to respond within 2–5 business days of receiving a request.
- Complex or high-volume inquiries may require more time and will be acknowledged accordingly.
5. No Guarantee of Engagement
- Submission of a request does not guarantee that Chibase Consulting will undertake your project or initiate a formal agreement.
6. Pricing Disclaimer
- Any pricing provided is preliminary and subject to change following a full project assessment and detailed scope discussion.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
- The Republic of South Africa’s laws govern these terms. Any disputes shall be subject to local legal processes.
