Who is Chibase Consulting
Chibase Consulting was founded on a simple but firm conviction: communities deserve clarity, dignity, and genuine participation in the development processes that shape their lives. Too often, people-centred engagement is reduced to jargon-heavy reports, rushed consultations, and compliance-driven checklists that leave communities informed, but not empowered. Chibase exists to change that.
Our work is grounded in years of experience at the intersection of government, infrastructure delivery, and community dynamics. Across these environments, one persistent gap became evident: the disconnect between project intent and community reality. Projects progressed technically, yet trust eroded socially. Communities attended meetings, but their inputs rarely influenced outcomes. Participation became procedural rather than purposeful.
Chibase Consulting chose a different path.
We were established to redefine Social Facilitation and Empowerment Goals Monitoring through clarity, ethical practice, and structured engagement. Our role is to simplify complexity, translate technical processes into meaningful dialogue, and create conditions where communities can participate with confidence and agency. In doing so, we enable smoother project delivery while strengthening public trust.
As our brand matured, so did our focus. Guided by honesty, integrity, humility, and continuous learning, we consolidated our expertise around two core services:
Social Facilitation and Empowerment Goals Monitoring.
These are strategically supported by ESG and Corporate Social Investment (CSI) advisory, ensuring that projects deliver not only infrastructure outputs, but measurable social value.

Our work supports both large-scale programmes and targeted Micro-Services, allowing clients to engage communities responsibly, efficiently, and at the level their projects require.
